The Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) came under heavy criticism from some stakeholders at Walvis Bay over alleged poor planning, ahead of next Wednesday’s by-elections. Stakeholders expressed these sentiments at a meeting called to clarify operational issues ahead of the elections.
