Thirty-two people who were benefiting from the HANO Youth Garden Project at Okatjoruu in the Okakarara Constituency are sitting idle when the project grinded to a halt after it was destroyed by wild animals last year. The project funded by the Social Security Commission was meant to equip local young people with skills in crop production and also make a living from it.
