Otjiwarongo Constituency Councillor Julius Neumbo was finally buried at his home village Oshapwa in the Endola Constituency of the Ohangwena Region. In his message of condolences, the Head of State said Neumbo’s hands-on work as councillor contributed to socio-economic development and the upliftment of people at the grassroots level. His departure has thus left an irreplaceable void in the family, SWAPO, the Otjozondjupa Region and the whole of Namibian society.
