The Ministry of International Relations and Cooperation (MIRCO) has commenced with its country-specific policy, as a means to maximise potential benefits to be derived from bilateral cooperation. As such, minister Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah is calling for timely implementation of various bilateral agreements, by her staff members. She addressed the ministry’s general meeting in Windhoek.
