The Namibian Institute of Mining and Technology (NIMT) double murder case of Ernst Litchenstrasser has once again been postponed in the Swakopmund’s Magistrate court by Nelao Brown this morning. Litchenstrasser pleaded not guilty to all five counts, which include murder and possession of illegal firearms and ammunition as well as obstructing the course of justice by hiding the firearms and ammunition in the desert, which was allegedly used in the commission of the crime.
