A 29-year-old nurse Naholo Shihafeleni, working at Odimbwa Clinic in Etayi Constituency, who was arrested on Thursday for allegedly stealing medication from the clinic, has been denied after he appeared in the Outapi Magistrate’s Court this morning. The suspect was found in possession of pharmaceutical products and failed to give proof of ownership or a satisfactory answer as to why he was carrying them. The incident occurred on Wednesday at around 14h00 at Oikokola border post where he was attempting to cross the Namibian border into Angola. The suspect was not asked to plead and he is remanded in custody until his next court appearance on 20 April.
