President Hage Geingob has apologised to the visiting Chairperson of the Federation Council of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for a misunderstanding at the Hosea Kutako International Airport over Coronavirus concerns. Valentina Matviyenko and her delegation arrived in Namibia on Wednesday for an official visit.
