Namibia and Russia will have to finalise inter-parliamentary and legal framework deliberations for strategic partnership and cooperation. This was expressed by both President Hage Geingob and Russia’s Chairperson of Federation Council of Federal Assembly of Russia, Valentina Matviyenko at State House.
