SWAPO vice president Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah is calling on eligible voters in the Opuwo Rural Constituency to vote for the party’s candidate Steyn Katupa in the upcoming by-election. Nandi-Ndaitwah said victory is essential to ensure that the party’s development agenda in the constituency continues. She was speaking at SWAPO’s star rally in Opuwo. The by-election is slated for 9 March.
