The Anti-CorruptionCommission (ACC) Director General maintains that the South African lawyer representing the Fishrot accused needs to provide a statement under oath explaining what the ACC terms a suspicious payment of N$50 000 by Fishcor in 2018. This comes after Secretary to Cabinet, George Simataa issued a media statement explaining that the payment to advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi is legitimate because it was for services rendered during the Second National Land Conference.
