The National Commission on Research, Science and Technology (NCRST) launched the first Namibian Innovation Survey Report of 2012 to 2014. NCRST’s acting chief executive officer Enid Keramen says even if the report is outdated, the information is still relevant as it provides the foundation for proper planning in terms of innovation.
