The candidate for the Landless People’s Movement (LPM) for the Otjiwarongo Constituency by-election, Sebeteus !Guteb promised to establish, people-oriented governance, which will put the community’s needs ahead of himself. !Guteb says, there is a need for constant community engagement and be accountable to the electorate.
