Judge Kobus Miller has reserved his judgement in a matter between Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF) and its former chief executive officer (CEO), Hilya Nghiwete for 25 March. Nghiwete, the fund’s former CEO, represented by her lawyer Sisa Namandje, brought an urgent application to the Labour Court seeking for temporary reinstatement prior to her upcoming disciplinary hearing on 7 May.
