The battle by the Independent candidate, Dr Panduleni Itula and others to declare last year’s presidential elections results null and void seems to be far from over. The Registrar of the Supreme Court rejected his latest application, in which he wants the court to re-enter his challenge. But the applicants in their latest submission questioned the legitimacy of the registrar in the case.
