The National Unity Democratic Organisation (NUDO) has called on its supporters and sympathisers in Opuwo Rural Constituency to vote for its candidate, Kapukatua Kuvare, in Monday’s by-elections. The party’s president Ester Muinjangue says, if Kuvare is elected as regional councillor, he will ensure more boreholes are drilled in the area to address the critical water shortages experienced in the constituency.
