Namibia commemorates Commonwealth Day, with a call on Commonwealth leaders to guard the planet’s natural resources with greater care. The message from the Head of Commonwealth, Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II was delivered by the Speaker of the National Assembly, Professor Peter Katjavivi.
