The Mafwe Traditional Authority in the Zambezi Region’s Sibbinda Constituency on Sunday welcomed to power a New Senior Councilor. Boniface Lukopani Mayemeko succeeds the late Ngambela of the Mafwe, Dickson Mubita Lusepani who died on 16 September 2019, after a short illness.
