The Institute for Public Policy Research (IPPR) has released the public enterprise annual rankings. And in this inaugural year of the rankings, NamPower tops the list while the much-troubled Roads Contractor Company (RCC) is at the bottom of the rankings. The SOEs were rated for their contribution to the economy, investing for the future as well as being transparent with their information to the public.
