The Minister of Higher Education, Training and Innovation has called on Namibians to change the negative perception that technical and vocational education and training is for school dropouts. Dr Itah Kandjii-Murangi was speaking at the ground-breaking ceremony for the expansion of the Gobabis Vocational Training Centre (VTC) at a cost of N$20 million.
