The Roads Authority (RA) is contemplating shutting down all its operations at NaTIS centres countrywide after 15 July if the COVID-19 pandemic becomes worse in Namibia, says its chief executive officer, Conrad Lutombi. Lutombi says, for now, they will only cancel new applications for learner licence applications and taxi permits until 15 July to assess the situation.
