A Romanian representative in Namibia, Ovidiu Pater, is dismayed with the Embassy of Spain, for not coming out clear about the residential status of the Romanian couple who tested positive for coronavirus. Pater says although the two are Romanian nationals, they were permanent residents of Spain at the time.
