Today is day four of the partial lockdown in the Khomas and Erongo regions, as well as in Okahandja and Rehoboth. Though as usual during month-end, the day was characterised by much shopping and business activities. The situation seems not to have changed much in Windhoek streets, despite the implementation of the state of emergency.
