The sanitising of correctional facilities on a large scale is on the cards. However, the exercise would depend on the allocation of enough funds from the Government to the Namibia Correctional Service (NCS). NCS Commissioner-General, Raphael Hamunyela says in the meantime, measures have been put in place to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus.
