Less than 20 people queued at the Government Hall in Rundu this morning to cast their vote in the special election. The special election is held for police officers, soldiers, nurses and other emergency services providers, two days before the main election day on Wednesday. The material arrived at the venue at 07h12. The voting is expected to start at 09h00.
