Independent candidate Knowledge Ipinge says he would not have joined politics if living conditions at Walvis Bay had improved. Ipinge urged the electorate to go out in numbers on Wednesday and vote for him and the Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Movement to implement strategies that will strictly focus on the development of Walvis Bay.
