A 62-year-old man living at Ondangwa in the Oshana Region is in need of a wheelchair. For more than 30 years now, Gabriel Joseph has been moving on all fours following a car accident which left him paralysed in 1974. Originally from Eloolo village in the Okaku Constituency, Joseph lives alone as his only daughter stays with her grandmother. When he has to buy something in town, he moves on all fours risking being hit by a vehicle in the busy streets of Ondangwa. His pension grant is not enough to buy him a wheelchair as it is his only means of survival hence his request for help from a Good Samaritan.
