A tripartite consultation on the relevance of workers and employers is currently underway in Windhoek. Hosted by the Ministry of Labour, the two day event will look at the role of worker’s and employer’s organization in Namibia’s national development plan . At the end of the event, the tripartite group will develop Namibia’s national action plan.
