Minister of Education, Arts and Culture, Katrina Hanse-Himarwa says the abolishment of winter time as proposed in the Namibian Time Bill will not affect school activities. She said this during a public hearing on the Namibian Time Bill, which was held by the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence and Security, in the capital on Wednesday.
