About 40% of the world’s oceans are heavily affected by human activities which includes among others ocean pollution and over-fishing. The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Resident Representative Kiki Gbeho revealed this during the sixth Ministerial Conference of the Benguela Current Convention (BCC) in Windhoek.
