The Deputy Minister of Disability Affairs says no one can enjoy basic human rights without access to services. Alexia Manombe-Ncube made the remarks during the celebration of the National Disability Day at Katima Mulilo. The National Disability Day was first initiated in June 1999 by the first Prime Minister and now President of Namibia Hage Geingob.
