Africa’s looted funds hidden in foreign banks need to be returned. President Hage Geingob says more African leaders are becoming accountable and therefore the money must be repatriated so that it could be used towards infrastructural development to uplift Africa’s economy. Dr. Geingob was contributing to the debate on US-Africa policy in Washington DC.
