There is a need to invest in extensive water supply infrastructure to ensure industrialisation and economic development for countries to continue growing. This was said by the Permanent Secretary (PS) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Forestry, Percy Misika, at the eighth SADC River Basin Organisations workshop, which kicked off in Windhoek, on Tuesday.
