Alfeus Kawushiweni Abraham was sworn in as a new member of the National Council (NC) on Tuesday. Abraham is a SWAPO councillor for the Ondangwa Rural constituency replaces his former party member Lotto Kuushomwa from the Oshakati East Constituency who died earlier this year. Judge Sylvester Mainga administered the oath which was also witnessed by some family and public members. National Council Chairperson welcomed the new member into the house.
