The Chinese Ambassador to Namibia Zhang Yimming’s sponsorship programme has been extended to Outjo. So far more than 400 students from 24 schools in nine regions have benefited from the programme. During the handing over of the sponsorship the Chinese ambassador reminded learners the role they can play in making a difference within society.
