American suspect Marcus Kevin Tomas, who is facing robbery and murder charges of Andre Heckmair in 2011, is now fighting to be released on bail pending his trial, early next year. Tomas, who indicated his intent to apply for bail since July this year failed to proceed with his application on numerous occasions.
