Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Health and Social services, Andreas Mwoombola has been transferred to the Office of the Prime Minister, as from 8 December. Secretary to Cabinet, George Simata said in a statement the transfer was necessitated by the urgent need to normalise the administration at the ministry.
