The All People’s Party (APP) president Ignatius Shixwameni has called on the Electoral Commission of Namibia (ECN) to investigate political parties’ source of funding to level the playing field when it comes to electioneering. Shixwameni made the call at a recent media briefing on the resolutions of the party’s top eight leaders meeting at Rundu.
