The Affirmative Repositioning (AR) Movement is on the verge of clinching a deal to purchase a 20-hectare piece of land on the outskirts of the capital to build low-cost housing for landless youth. The land has already been surveyed and all necessary town planning approvals are in place, AR said at a media briefing on Wednesday. The AR Building Society is concluding a sales agreement with the owner of the land after which further details will be announced.
