A baby diagnosed with hydrocephalus, a condition characterised by fluid pressure built up in the brain, has been re-admitted at the Katutura State Hospital on Tuesday. Baby Divine !Ameb and mother Cheryl Popas were discharged from the hospital earlier this month, as the hospital then said it did not have the required specialised equipment to treat the child.
