The Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources has urged members of the Benguela Current Convention (BCC) to ensure that research agendas are demand-driven. Bernard Esau made the call during a meeting with BCC’s member countries in the capital where delegates will be discussing challenges faced by the marine ecosystem.
