A number of car wash owners whose businesses were closed following the operation of shutting illegal businesses by the City Police earlier this year, have reopened their businesses without meeting the requirements set by City of Windhoek. However, some have done their best to meet those requirements, increasing the number of legal car washes in Windhoek to 70 from 44.
