The Government has started with the construction of the Cassinga and Tchetekela Historical Memorial Shrine, in Cassinga, some 600 kilometres, in Southern Angola. The shrines will be completed before May next year, and will be unveiled during the 40th Anniversary of the Cassinga Massacre.
