Health and Social Service Minister Dr Kalumbi Shangula has announced that two cases of COVID – 19 have been confirmed in Namibia. At a press briefing in Windhoek, Shangula said a Spanish couple arrived in the country through the Hosea Kutako International Airport (HKIA), with Qatar Airways on Wednesday.
The mass Independence Day celebrations which were scheduled for 21 March have been cancelled.
