Urban Ministry hands over 63 houses to beneficiaries in Ohangwena

The Deputy Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Derek Klazen has handed over 63 houses to beneficiaries at Okongo in the Ohangwena Region. The houses are part of the Shack Dweller Federation programme jointly funded by the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development and Standard Bank.

President Mnangagwa elected SADC Chairperson of the Organ on Politics, Defence and Security

The 39th Ordinary Summit of SADC Heads of State and Government has elected Zimbabwean President, Emmerson Mnangagwa as the Chairperson of the Organ on Politics, Defence and Security Cooperation. Mnangagwa will be deputised by the President of Botswana, Mokgweetsi Masisi who was represented by his Foreign Affairs Minister, Unity Dow at the summit.
