Otjozondjupa Governor Otto Ipinge has called on the Ministry of Poverty Eradication and Social Welfare to investigate unscrupulous businesses driving pensioners into debt at Tsumkwe Settlement. He made this appeal during the opening of the ministry’s two-day workshop aimed at reviewing the Social Protection Policy at Otjiwarongo.
