PDM says no to electronic voting machines

The Popular Democratic Movement (PDM) president says his party will not accept the use of electronic voting machines in next year’s Presidential and National Assembly Elections without a verifiable audited paper trail. McHenry Venaani was speaking at the party’s second extraordinary congress at Dobra on the outskirts of Windhoek.

The City of Windhoek, in collaboration with UNAIDS, Red Cross and the Ministry of Health and Social Services, commemorated Worlds AIDS Day at the Havana Informal settlement in Windhoek. The day was commemorated under the theme ‘Male Engagement and Empowering Girls and Young Women Against HIV and Teenage Pregnancy’.
