A lack of funds is hampering plans to improve Namibia’s rainfall through cloud seeding technology. Poor rainfall experienced in Namibia due to climate change, has prompted the Ministry of Environment and Tourism to investigate the possibility of applying cloud-seeding technology to improve rainfall.
