Many Windhoek learners who had prepared for their examinations, had to receive counselling after learning that they would not be sitting for their Grade 10 and 12 examinations on Thursday. Windhoek teachers were joined by some of their learners on Thursday, as they sang and chanted slogans demanding for 8% salary increase.
