Sudan held a special event to mark the end of a national dialogue in that country. The Egytian President who has been instrumental in mediating the peace deal in Sudan was also among those in attendance.
The University of Namibia Oshakati campus students staged a peaceful demonstration demanding for the construction of a hostel at the campus. In a petition handed over to the Assistant Pro-Vice Chancellor Paulina Uugwanga, the students say the Oshakati campus is the only campus without a hostel amongst UNAM’s 12 other campuses.
