The casting of special votes for the Presidential and National Assembly Elections in Swakopmund started on a slow pace this morning. Our NBC News team visited the opening of the multipurpose centre and International Youth Hostel where the two polling stations are set up.
A high number of seagoing personnel and members of security forces cast their votes early this morning at four different polling stations in Walvis Bay.
